Forgive me for not posting sooner.. I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Evan.. Ryan.. Aaron and George.. along with the rest of the AMAZING team at B & B.. I had someone who thought knew what I needed install a hitch and plug in to pull my 4x 6 trailer.. it had not been completed and my gut told me to let all be and bring both my vehicle and trailer in to B & B after my vehicle had been extensively worked on at Evans Automotive…. B & B worked on my trailer first… sealing the top and sides.. making sure my lights worked .. got it ready for my vehicle.. when I finally brought my vehicle in.. I had gotten a call that required me to return to see the state of how that hitch was installed.. as you can SEE from the pictures.. it was scary as I would have NEVER been able to pull anything.. as well as what could have been if I tried.. that moment.. I KNEW my feeling made sense.. they reordered what I needed and had gotten my vehicle and trailer to be SAFE for me to travel …. I had been delayed in travel for SAFETY.. George worked hard and I deeply appreciate his care that he took with both .. I’ve made it the first part of my travels.. the ride was smooth and I felt safe.. Thank YOU B & B.. I APPRECIATE YOU..
I went in to B&B Trailers and accessories on a Wednesday afternoon around 5:30. I was having some issues connecting a trailer brake controller and needed a hard-to-find wiring harness. There were two gentlemen attending the store, and when I asked one of them for help, the other jumped in to assist. He didn’t sit around on a phone behind the counter, not even looking up, as is so common anymore. This guy respectfully approached and offered his assistance and they worked together and arrived at a solution. You could tell that they are very knowledgable in their field and willing to do whatever is needed to get the customer taken care of. Also, this store is very-well stocked. If you pull a trailer for work or haul a boat you need to get in here and take a look at their inventory. There are many trailers, all kinds of trailers, and related components, tools and supplies that you might not think of that can make pulling any kind of trailer simpler and safer. I will be back and am looking forward to it.
These guys are quick and professional, I was in and out no problem. The trailer I bought from them probably 15 years ago or so still looks brand new. Took the boat trailer in for maintenance this time, I'm sure it'll be more of the same.
There was a youngish man with a beard, dare I say ginger. Super nice, lots of muscle and very educated on what might be ailing the maiden voyage of our bike hitch. He went above and beyond to help us identify the likely issue. Not pushy, just problem solving. I wish this business the best of luck, they seem like really good guys
