Dr. Dishaun is a very caring and loving person with A mountain of encouragement and motivation to get you back on track spiritually and mentally. She has guided me through some very rough patches in my life. Her prayers are heartfelt and emotionally warming to my heart. I would recommend her to anyone that is struggling emotionally and spiritually for she will get you at a point of believing in yourself again by providing you with resources to steer you in the right direction of hope, love and understanding. The Counselor is amazing, but her staff wasn't. I thoroughly vetted them to make sure they took my insurance. Even sent them a copy of my insurance card. I asked if they took my insurance and was assured that they did. After several counseling sessions I was told that my insurance didn't cover me with them and was charged for 100% counseling services! I'm being charged for their mistake and that is not right, they didn't check with my insurance, I never would have had the counseling, if they didn't take my insurance and I had coverage...their mistake caused me more stress! Get everything in writing with them before having your sessions!
Dishaun is awesome! She has counseled me individually and with my husband and the experience truly saved my marriage. She’s a Christian counselor and you won’t find one better.
I was supposed to have my first session today via web chat. When I went to log into the client portal it had said my account was deactivated by the provider and to contact them. I called at least 5 times before my appointment time to try to get it fixed but no one ever answered or returned my voicemail. Added stress was the last thing I needed. If my appointment was cancelled or rescheduled I was not made aware
I love Dr. Dishaun she is amazing spiritual life coach.
