Avenue Roofing

Vitaliy (sales rep) was very professional and customer oriented. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He made sure that everything was done right through several onsite visits. The team members were great and their work ethic was outstanding. I was very pleased with Avenue Roofing in all aspects and would highly recommend them for all roofing needs. It was truly a pleasure working with them. Job well done! I love my new roof.

I had a great experience with Avenue Roofing, especially working with Vitaliy. He was professional, helpful, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The company completed the project within the expected timeframe, and they were very understanding while I was dealing with delays and pressure from the insurance company. One thing I really appreciated was that they worked with me when the insurance situation changed. Initially, it was supposed to just be my deductible, which would have been around $1,000, but the insurance company later changed it to a hurricane-related issue, which made the cost substantially higher. Avenue Roofing still worked with me through that, and I truly appreciated their willingness to help. What stood out most was how willing Vitaliy was to go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He really helped make a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend Avenue Roofing, but I would absolutely recommend Vitaliy.

Asked Chris Buckmaster with Avenue Roofing to do an inspection on our roof after a storm because he had done one for our neighbor. I was actually on a tight schedule that day and was really impressed by him showing up on time and the professionalism. He explained the process And the amount of time he needed to do the inspection. Everything was accurate. He completed the inspection and went over the inspection report with me, and although we didn’t have damage from the storm, we appreciated his honesty. If we ever have roofing needs, though, we will be calling Chris and Avenue roofing.
