My family and I had such a great experience touring Aventon Soraya! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming. Shannon was absolutely amazing during our tour! She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took her time showing us around and answering all of our questions. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, like we weren’t being rushed or pressured at all. Yana was also so sweet and welcoming! The entire experience left such a great impression on my family and me. The property is absolutely beautiful, but having such kind and welcoming people there made the experience even better. Thank you, Shannon and Yana, for making our visit such a great one! 🥰
I am loving my stay at Aventon Soraya. The maintenance team here is amazing! Joe is absolutely fantastic! He recently handled some maintenance work for me, and the entire experience was flawless. Fast & Efficient: He identified the issue immediately and fixed it in no time. Professional & Friendly: Super approachable, polite, and great at explaining what needed to be done. Clean & Punctual: Arrived exactly on time and left the area spotless. It is rare to find someone so reliable and skilled. He goes above and beyond!
living in this community since it opened i have nothing but great experiences from the maintenance team of Joe and Scott, these guys get the job done! And the property manager Vikki is definitely an excellent property manager from the pool to the grounds, everything looks great, and im proud to call this place home.
I have lived here for 2 years and this apartment has consistently delivered excellent results in quality of living. They have a gym with a free weight rack. The biggest thing for me was that the Maintenance man Joe was such a huge help! He shows that he really cares for the facility and was always helpful when we needed help!
I had such a wonderful experience at Aventon Soraya! Shannon was incredible throughout the entire application process and took the time to show us the available units. Her manager, Yana, was just as amazing. They were both professional, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless. I truly appreciate all of their help and highly recommend working with them!
