Avecina Medical Urgent Care - Durbin Park

We had such an amazing experience at Avecina Medical Urgent Care at Durbin Park. Kristen, PA-C, took incredible care of my little sister. She was so kind, attentive, thorough, and genuinely made us feel like she cared about making sure my sister was taken care of. Melissa, our nurse, was just as wonderful! She was so sweet, patient, and caring throughout our entire visit. I personally have never experienced this level of care at an urgent care before. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, listened to, and truly cared for. Kristen and Melissa made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care they gave my sister. I would absolutely recommend Avecina Medical Urgent Care at Durbin Park. Thank you, Kristen and Melissa, for taking such great care of her! 🤎

I had the pleasure of being seen at Avecina Medical Urgent Care – Durban Park twice this week, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience! Kristen, the PA-C, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and thoroughly addressed every question I had. I really appreciated how attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate she was throughout both visits. Nurse Melissa was also wonderful! She was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell that she genuinely takes pride in providing great care to her patients. I also want to recognize Jeanette at the front desk. She was friendly, welcoming, and helpful each time I came in. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff made me feel like I was in good hands. Having to visit urgent care twice in one week isn’t ideal, but Kristen, Melissa, and Jeanette made both experiences so much better. They truly took their time, listened to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure my concerns were addressed. Amazing care and amazing staff! I highly recommend this location and especially want to thank these three ladies for making me feel heard, respected, and cared for.

I was so pleased by the staff today. I was welcomed by a smiling Rebecca. She offered me some water and conversation. The waiting room, bathroom, everywhere in the back was clean. From the walls to floors. My nurse Katrina was super nice. She noted everything and took the time to understand my needs. I then met with PA Alex, yet another caring person in the same place. He addressed every concern. And took the time to note everything accurately. I was pleasantly surprised by these people who want to help and who love their job. This is a wonderful location Durbin Avecina. I appreciate you all!!

I had a great experience here at Avecina -Durbin Park. They were so nice, the Receptionist, the nursing assistant to Dr. Alex himself. It wasn't a dreadful wait. They even gave me extra incentives at the end regarding my condition & symptoms. I really am going to use them as my emergency/urgent visit spot from now on.
