Samantha and Dave at Fresh Start we're awesome to work with! Going through bankruptcy is scary especially when you surrender your car. My attorney recommended Fresh Start and I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try. Called them and talked with Samantha who is an angel. Was clear about the program, asked if i had any questions and she got to work. I asked if i could come in and see the vehicles they recommended for me and they said sure. Long story short, I was anticipating getting a decent car to get me going until I built my credit back up....surprise! I found my perfect car, almost cried when I saw it. All of the paperwork was docusign which made it so quick and easy. Through the whole process Samantha kept me in the loop as to what was going on, where in the process we were, and made me feel no stress! They truly care for their clients from the first phone call to the day I picked up my vehicle not once did I feel like I was just another person, they made me feel like I was someone they new for a long time.
