Stina is a lifesaver! It is stressful to sell your house, negotiate the best price and repairs, coordinate your next home purchase & move, I don't know what I would have done without Stina. She is thoughtful, helpful and considerate. Stina knew how to get things done on my time because of her tenacity and knowledge. At 86 years old, she put my mind at ease to see things happen exactly as she said it would. When I first listed, I thought my new house would be ready earlier and then it got delayed making me refuse several offers on my house and drag out the process which was a little stressful but in the end, Stina made sure I closed on both on the same day, at the same office and managed to get me full asking price too! To top it off, she got me to my new home just in time to spend the holidays with my family. Thank you Stina!
