ATLANTIC PROPERTY BUYERS

Great experience dealing with Frederick. I was stressing about what to do with my parent’s house after they passed. Couldn’t afford to keep up the mortgage payments, and couldn’t scrape up the attorney fee to put it through probate. I was just waiting on foreclosure, and the enormous task of clearing out 30 years worth of stuff. I don’t have the time to do all that. Frederick came along like an answered prayer with a good offer, and took care of all the probate stuff. He’s also clearing the house out after we’ve gotten everything we want to keep. I’ve been dreading having to deal with the house, but Frederick has made the whole process easy on me at a time when I really needed a lucky break. I highly recommend Atlantic Property Buyers if you’ve got a property you want to unload quick, and not get cheated or lowballed. Frederick has been fair and honest, and a genuinely nice man to deal with. I am grateful to him.

A great company run by an incredible family! We were so pleased with the painting and drywall work they did for us. The work was high quality and they arrived on -time, kept a clean workspace during the projects. We are very pleased and would happily recommend them for any project needs!

Dealing with Frederic was extremely easy and a great experience due to his efficiency and knowledge of buying my property without a lot of red tape, realtors, phone calls and showings. The cash offer was above what I expected and I didn’t have to worry about my dogs having to be out of the way or my house having to be spotless in a moments notice should I have opted to list with an agency. By my calculations, after realty fees- I came out ahead by selling direct to Atlantic Property Buyers! Thank you so much Frederic!
