Dr. Crosby was fabulous. He got me in the office for initial visit in under a week.He told me what he was doing and why during the whole appointment. He told me what to expect after the appointment. He was super professional , made me as comfortable as possible. Stephanie at the desk was also super nice. Will definitely go back.

Extremely disappointing experience. Never even got the chance to actually receive services. While driving to a scheduled 10:30 AM appointment, a call was made to confirm how long the session would be. The staff member stated it would be 30 minutes. When asked about paperwork that had never been received, there was no flexibility offered to complete it upon arrival — instead, it was stated it had to be done in person, with no solution provided. After realizing the exit had been missed, a follow-up call was made immediately to inform the office that arrival would be about eight minutes late. Instead of showing any understanding or accommodation, the appointment was automatically pushed to the following Monday and paperwork sent through email. For someone actively trying to receive care and spend money with the business, there was zero effort to work with the situation. What makes this more frustrating is that this was already the second attempt to be seen. The first appointment was canceled due to a family emergency by them, which was completely understood. However, being refused service over an eight-minute delay — with no flexibility or customer care — is unreasonable. Unfortunately, this experience felt unaccommodating and dismissive. Would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism and customer service alone.

Fantastic experience! I came in with neck pain that had been getting increasingly worse, causing a headache going on for 3 days. I was able to schedule a new patient exam pretty quickly. I came in thinking my neck pain was a flare up from my accident a few years ago and within 5 min, the doctor was able to pin point exactly what it was, provide detailed instructions on how to help the pain/inflammation as well as provide an adjustment that provided almost immediate relief after several days of pain and headaches. Will continue to get adjusted at this practice as not only was the doctor incredibly kind, knowledgeable and on point but all the staff members there are incredibly kind and helpful! Even after this neck pain clears up I’ll still becoming back for periodic adjustments.
