If you are looking for a wonderful and highly professional realtor, Lori is great! She and her team got my townhouse sold in mandarin. There was a lot of work to be done and she helped me find people who could get repairs done affordably and in a timely manner. There are very few people like her still around!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office as a renter, and I would give them 0 stars if I could. While they may be effective at selling homes, my experience on the leasing side was unprofessional and stressful from start to finish. I signed a one-year lease beginning January 2025, set to end December 2025. My two roommates (who I did not previously know and met through a housing search group) had leases ending in August 2025. When their leases ended, the office realized the lease structure issue and began pressuring me to terminate my lease early. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, I was met with hostility and zero accountability. No apology was offered. I was repeatedly pushed to agree to ending my lease five months early. At one point, I received the following email from my landlord, Lori Neighbors: “…Also, I wanted to give you a heads-up: we are screening a new tenant — a family with three children (ages 3, 5, and 7). They plan to start their lease on Monday and will be occupying the other bedrooms. Their furniture will be delivered soon. Please be aware that the parents work night shifts and sleep during the day, and they do have a babysitter who may be in and out occasionally to assist. One of the children has some special needs and may occasionally display behaviors that require a bit of patience and understanding. For your privacy and peace of mind, I recommend keeping your bedroom door locked when you’re not home...” No new tenants ever moved in. From my perspective, this felt like a pressure tactic designed to push me out of my lease. On top of that: • I was charged $300 in cleaning fees for items that were left in the property by the owner. • I was misinformed about when reimbursement checks were being mailed. • My emails were ignored. • My phone calls routinely went unanswered. Ultimately, I was forced out five months early with no compensation, after significant stress and back-and-forth. Renters should proceed with caution. My experience was marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct.

Lori and her team are the best! After interviewing several real estate agents to help us sell our home, we chose Lori and could not have been more pleased with the ease of the transaction. Lori answered our questions in an timely manner and successfully worked through the negotiation process with the buyers. Her professionalism and good natured attitude are unmatched. We highly recommend her!
