I was searching for a new place to live and discovered Aspire at SilverLeaf. I submitted an inquiry to the property and got a quick response from their attentive staff with all the requested information. I scheduled a tour of the property but due to a scheduling conflict on my end, I had to reschedule. Despite the late notice, the staff was quite accommodating to my needs. Once I arrived at the property, I met with Ms. Melia Rowland for my tour. Ms. Rowland was so kind and very professional and transparent throughout the entire process. She took me through the property and showed me the floorplan I was interested in, each of the amenities, answered all my questions, and addressed any concerns. At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed – a feeling I got at other properties I toured. When the tour concluded, we returned to the office and went through the application. Ms. Rowland sat with me and helped through the entire process. In the days following the visit and application approval, Ms. Rowland maintained communication to check in, see how I was doing, and see if I had any questions or concerns about the upcoming move. She also invited me to community events so I could interact with other residents and become familiar with the community. She’s been amazing! Moving is never fun, and probably something we all dread doing. But I have been impressed with my experience here so far. If you are looking to relocate to a new property, I recommend stopping in.
i recently had and amazing experience with my new leasing office! From the moment I started inquiring about moving in , the staff was incredibly helpful , friendly and very informative. They answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood the entire process. What really stood out to me was how smoothly they handled my move in transition , it was stress free and very efficient. Thanks to their professionalism and genuine care , settling into my new home will be easy and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend this complex and leasing office to anyone looking for a new apartment with a seamless move. Yarden was super helpful with the entire process from the tour down to applying. She was super accommodating especially when I walked in right before close to tour a unit. I really appreciated her time and knowledge of all aspects of the property and the surrounding area! She was super nice and welcoming. The property itself is gorgeous, great amenities and really gives you a homey feel. Huge dog park and plenty of grass to walk your pets as well.
Just finished a tour of the apartments at Aspire at Silverleaf. What an impressive complex! I am interested in a 2 Bedroom Residence and was able to visit the Jade, Opal and Diamond floor plans. The tour was enhanced by the knowledgeable leasing professional, Yarden, who was able to answer and explain all my questions and provide helpful information about Aspire. I am currently living in a Luxury Apartment Complex in CA, and what I saw today was far more impressive and inviting. The current promotions were also explained and are very enticing. Looking forward to signing a lease soon.
My daughter, Valerie Santiago, and I went to inquire about three bedroom apartment. And the amazing Jordan patiently gave us a tour of the property. The community has a beautiful environment and a great pool, it truly feels like a resort at home! The apartments are perfect for what we need. Aspire is definitely at the top of our list!
