Went in with My Only Sonshine 🛍 to shop for furniture for his new place. Marquita assisted us from beginning to end with kindness, knowledge about the products and purchase processes. Extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure. Highly, highly recommend 👌🏽
Over a week ago, we visited your Ashley store and were assisted by Miss Carrie A Henderson. She was incredibly helpful and we purchased a beautiful dining set. It's truly a pleasure to visit your store when the staff is as attentive and friendly as she is. Thank you, Carrie A Henderson. I just read the comments below and I really hope I don't have those kinds of problems with my order. I trusted their reputation; they told me the order would arrive at my house on September 1st. Today my husband received a message from Ashley saying that our furniture will no longer arrive on September 1st and that they only have part of our dining room furniture, and asking if we want to receive part of it and the rest later. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We didn't buy the furniture in parts; WE ALREADY PAID FOR EVERYTHING! We have a dinner planned at our house for our anniversary since you told us you would deliver our furniture on September 1st. Now you're telling us you'll deliver it on September 9th. I THINK THIS IS TERRIBLE AND I DO NOT AGREE. I demand that you send our furniture on the date you told us it would arrive at our house, and if not, I DON'T CARE!
Had a great and fast experience! Marquita was very great and helpful. She explained the whole process and made sure we understood. Especially for it being our first time purchasing large furniture. Definitely recommend her and this location!

I’d been looking for a sofa for my new home, and Gerard was so very helpful with my selection! He was extremely knowledgeable about the fabric, which was one of my main concerns. Thank you so much Gerard for your excellent service.
