I called about a piece of property they have listed on Gran Bay Parkway and when I reached the leasing department I was greeted by a gentleman who was very rude. At no point did he sound motivated to give me any details on the property or tell me about another property that might fit my needs better. He easily could’ve asked some questions to better understand my needs but you could hear in his little disrespectful voice that he just wanted to hang up the phone. I was interested in the last unit they have for lease but just from that phone call, it told me everything I needed to know. I’d rather not have someone talk to me like some worthless piece of garbage when I’m building a business.

STRAIGHT TRASH TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! The owner is a slum lord who does NOT care about his tenants, ran down conditions of buildings and DEFINITELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLES LIVES/PROPERTY HE is ruining around his properties. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER. Only cares about money and his rich lifestyle of Mercedes and houses on the beach and river. Give someone else your money/business. You won't regret it. P.S. These pictures were taken when an open Ashourian business was still at this property. 3225 SOUTHSIDE BLVD is owned by the Ashourians
Their Yulee location is very beautiful and well managed. The local area Manager "Sharon" is very professional and easy to communicate with. The plaza maintained nice and clean the whole year around. Great to deal with them
Ash Properties and their team has been great to work with! We have been a vendor for them and have nothing but great things to say about our experience.
Beware of these guys. We had an absolutely nightmarish experience with them at every turn. Zero service & zero traffic. The anchor store went away before we were even set up and they opened up competitors business right next door to us. Any building problem that we had with utilities, roof, doors etc… was met with a “read the lease” response where we had to basically fox their building problems. It was a money pit!
