Ascension St. Vincent's Urgent Care - St. Johns

I don’t mind sharing my experience at all. My visit was timely, staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The facility is sparkling clean and Alicia Mailly NP was super. She is very friendly and shared a lot of her knowledge with me while I was there. And most importantly, their TX definitely helped. Thanks to all of you.

My husband and I were both seen by Alicia the Nurse Practitioner. We made our appointments online and were seen within 5 minutes after arriving. Everyone was very professional and the facility was very clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend Ascension St.Vincent Urgent Care.

Always friendly and welcoming! I had the good fortune of needing to visit on Labor day, so it was empty! They had my info in the system from my last visit! (A+), the Nurses and Nurse practitioner were friendly and responsive! All in all, they diagnosed my issue (,Heat Rash) and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy! (Again, A+!)

The staff at St. Vincent 's were sympathetic and showed appropriate concern while providing comfort. However, the Doctors insisted on ordered excessive unnecessary tests when we all agreed the cose of my issue did not warrant a cat scan or mri. The Doctor stayed the Mri and CT rooms would close for the weekend and they would keep me through the weekend if I did not consent to the additional tenants. As soon as I returned from the scans the doctor stated my blood test confirmed the issue was as we originally suspected . (A secondary allergic reaction to medication) The Dr. proceeded to over prescribe treatment and medication. This is very costly for me as a patient and the insurance company. Shame of St. Vincent's.
