Great people at this location. The PA wanted me to return in November for a follow up, however the first appointment was Dec 30th. I'm concerned if I really need to be seen, the wait time for an appointment will be unacceptable.

The woman at the front desk could benefit from improving her customer service skills. I called in stating that I had a new patient appointment on a certain day. She then asked me if I had a new patient appointment or an established patient appointment, which made it seem like she either didn’t hear me or hadn’t been listening. I then asked how much the appointment would cost without insurance. She told me. I asked if the cost was all inclusive or if it would go up throughout the appointment. She told me that it could go up if there were add ons. (I read online that new patient appointments usually include general wellness exams and I didn’t know if that was accurate so I attempted to ask her a third question); if general physical exams are usually included in new patient appointments. Before I finished the third word in that sentence she hung up on me. The call duration was around 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds (including wait time). I don’t have anyone to ask medical related questions. I was nervous and wanted to make sure I understood how the appointment was going to work since I’d be paying out of pocket. I now feel apprehensive to call my doctor’s office. I’ll likely rely on online research to answer questions going forward.

I had a very pleasant, efficient and professional experience. The PA Stephanie if the greatest care giver of any other I've ever had. Hands Down . The remainder of the staff that I interacted with were very nice, understanding and extremely pleasent.
