I had a great experience from check in to check out. Received link to pre register therefore, I was seated immediately and promptly taken back to meet the doctor. He is extremely pleasant and informative. I am happy to be a patient there.

Great Doctors but the communication afterwards is horrible. Example being medication and refills. Fight tooth and nail to get things resloved.

I have been going to this place for years and that's when Dr. Hovda was there. I use to see her to get refill on my medication. After she left i begin seeing Dr. Burnett and after few months i call to make a follow-up appointment with her and they told me she no longer working but someone else will see me. I made a appointment for October 14 i arrive that day pay my copay and the doctor i saw she was very friendly and she told me the she's retired and only works one a week and also she doesn't have a license to sign up for my prescription but she will have another doctor sign for my prescription. Well it's have been over 3 weeks and i have been calling to find out what happen with my medication and they keep giving me the run around even my pharmacy sent for more refill and it came back rejected. I left multiple messages to lisa on her voice messages never return my calls. I also ask to speak to a supervisor they transfer me to someone name kelly i also left a message and never return my call they also bill my insurance and got paid. I can believe they let me see a doctor who doesn't have a license. Now i have to see my primary doctor to send me to see someone else.
