Efficient, polite, hearing nurse very friendly. They still wear mask in the office part SO annoying. But visit was good. To the point. Got to have hearing test and OV at the same time.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Dr Herrero saved my hearing! I got a short notice appointment for a hearing test as I suspected I was experiencing sudden sensionueral hearing loss; which is scarier and harder to live with than you’d suspect. Not just the sudden loss but the debilitating tinnitus as well. The audiologists immediately confirmed my suspicion with the hearing test. It’s a condition where recovery is based on treatment response time. The staff was amazing. They were kind and seemed as concerned about my hearing as I was. Dr Herrero took the time to get me in WHILE I was there. He saw me quickly so as not to disrupt the rest of his patients appointments but still answered all my questions (I was terrified) and prescribed me the steroids that I needed to give me the best chance of saving my hearing. I’ve recovered the majority of it from what I can tell without my follow up test. I’ll be forever grateful to everyone there for not only their competence and care but also their kindness and concern. TEN STARS!!
