We had an impossible situation where one of our multi-ton lifts died right in the entrance to our Christmas Drive Thru Event. We called out two different people who told us they couldn't do anything to move it, and then Carl from ASAP Towing came to the rescue. As soon as he arrived, he guaranteed us that he would help us. Carl was kind, positive, professional, and he treated us the way he would want to be treated. Carl called dispatch and asked for a second truck to come out to help get the job done, and together Carl and David saved the day my moving the lift away from our event entrance. In a world where people don't want to work hard, and seldom go the extra mile, we were so thankful that Carl showed up to get the job done with a smile and some hard work. We will definitely call ASAP next time, you should too, and ask for Carl!
Terrible they towed my car without authorization for make money. I’m a Tenant and pay lease for my store and parking spot
I can’t recommend this towing service enough! Parking in the wrong spot has never been so educational. The precision with which they swooped in to take my car was nothing short of majestic—like a hawk snatching an unsuspecting field mouse. Truly awe-inspiring. When I arrived at their facility (which I now affectionately call ‘The Car Jail’), I was greeted by a staff so charmingly indifferent that I thought I had walked into a DMV employee of the month party. The ambiance was unparalleled—fluorescent lighting, the faint smell of regret, and a hint of motor oil. Five stars for nailing the dystopian aesthetic. The process of reclaiming my vehicle was a masterclass in bureaucracy. By the time I handed over a sum of money that could fund a small vacation, I felt like I had completed a hero’s journey. I left with my car and a profound sense of purpose, vowing to never park where I’m not wanted again. If you’re looking for a life-changing experience and a lighter wallet, this is the place. 10/10 would park illegally again just to relive the magic.
Appreciate the service and prompt response. Weve used Asap numerous times for various projects and we’ve had nothing but great service. I appreciate yall and thank you!!
5 stars to this wonderful company! Punctual and attentive dispatch and drivers. A big shout out to Kris who was our tow truck driver tonight on Thanksgiving. He had an awesome disposition considering the holiday. He asked me if I was okay and was genuinely a good guy. Would 100% recommend. Honored the quoted price as well. Call them for all your towing needs
