I recently had the pleasure of working with Chad at Armor Pest Control, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly responsive, addressing all my concerns promptly. His knowledge of pest control is impressive, and he took the time to explain the processes and options available to me. Chad's professionalism and expertise made a daunting situation feel manageable and reassuring. It's evident that he genuinely cares about his clients and their homes. After experiencing such excellent service, I know I won't be using anyone else for my pest control needs. Thank you, Chad, for your outstanding work!
Chad was wonderful! He has treated my office for years and now does both my homes as well! Chad It’s always friendly and well put together, and we haven’t had any issues with pest since he’s been around! I highly recommend this company!
I hired this company for my Multi-family unit and Chad always went above and beyond and provided great customer service. He always texted me to remind me when my appointment was coming up, and if I needed to reschedule, he was patient and coordinated with me in order to meet my needs. I highly recommend Armor Pest Control .
We've used this company for quite awhile. Unfortunately they do not respond promptly to customer phone calls/voicemails. They will not visit out of rotation, including when you spot a trouble pest and request them to. We will continue services because they're affordable (for now) but Do not recommend based on customer service and lack of quality chemical application I've seen on our cameras when they've come when we weren't home.
Steve has been amazing taking care of my pest issue at the storage locations I manage very detailed and professional and the company does a great job.
