Arensdorf Construction did an outstanding job repairing the drywall in our master bathroom. The team arrived on time and was courteous, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. They even removed their shoes before entering our home, which we greatly appreciated. Before beginning the work, they carefully covered our floors, countertops, and sink with tarps and plastic for protection. They patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied. Once the repair was finished, they cleaned the area so thoroughly that it looked as though they had never been there. We are extremely pleased with their workmanship and attention to detail and would highly recommend Arensdorf Construction. Before and after pictures attached.
Arensdorf Construction has been nothing but Exceptional at what they do. The owner (Brad) is very knowledgeable and professional. He has been in this field of business for most of his life. Brad's employees are professional and very skilled. Craftsmanship is top notch. Office Administration team is professional and courteous. Most of the negative reviews that have been posted about this company are completely false. Most of the reviews were from staff that worked at the Day Care on the same lot as Arensdorf Construction. The ladies that worked there were racist and treated any and all non-black people that went into Arensdorf Construction in a racist manner. The ladies had it out for Brad and the company because the owner of the lot aloud for the business to restructure the parking lot.... needless to say the ladies at the daycare were extremely upset about the issue and took it out on Brad personally. The fence that Arensdorf Construction had built for the business was done so legally and within the law of the Town of Orange Park. The person that commented on the fence was also somebody that was not happy about the changes surrounding the day care.
The company was out today. They arrived early. Stayed and worked until all noted items were completed. Cleaned up afterwards. Exterior paint to door frame - cleaned the area first when they could have had me clean prior but they took care of it. Applied caulking to areas that were not completed by previous company. Provided paint touch up. Chris was extra detailed making sure to take his time to get the job done right!
Very rude and disrespectful. Not professional and poor quality work
Very unprofessional company
