Very unprofessional broker. Pictures of the trailer were submitted to the broker and approved before dispatch. Our driver arrived at the shipper on time with the exact trailer that was approved. Once the driver got there, the shipper refused the trailer, and instead of resolving the issue or taking responsibility, the broker refused to pay TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used). The truck was dispatched based on their approval. Fuel, time, and driver hours were wasted because of their mistake. TONU is standard in this situation, but this broker chose not to honor it.
Alijah Streeter provided us awful service, wish DO not work with you in further. Our driver stuck at the delivery for 4 days not by our fault and you din’t pay us nothing, absurd situation
We had a very negative experience with this broker. They completely ignored our requests and updates for three days, showing no professionalism or respect. At no point did they demonstrate any interest in helping us resolve the situation, and instead, they forced us to absorb the costs. On top of that, rather than working with us toward a solution, they threatened us with claims—even though we communicated clearly and made every effort to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable. A broker’s role is to facilitate and assist, not ignore their partners and push blame. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with them.
Really quick and treat driver with respect, sometimes where you’re check in it’s not where you’re going to be loaded, 0,4 miles away. Very great place to pick up.
Quick loading. Great treatment from the loading guy. A lot of space for overnight parking if you're picking up here
