Don’t recommend booking an event to be made, I got scammed out of my money. One time I booked a event and once me and my party made it to the place, NOTHING was set up and ready for us, it felt like we been scammed out of our money

No consideration for the residential neighborhood located right next to the hall, they play loud music until midnight that shakes the ground, especially with the loud speakers they own. I don’t know who’s idea it was to put a hall and a neighborhood right next to each other

The place it is nice, however, I went to a Spanish activity. It was supposed to be a dance with a excellent Puertorrican band. My wife and I paid extra to be in a VIP to be away from people to respect the pandemic situation. However the organizers DIDN'T CARE about the people neither the pandemic situation. They packed over 300 people like sardines in a can in small area of the room because they want to make more money. I went to speak to two organizers with a solution and they pushed me away. They didn't care about what I have to say. Haft of the huge room was empty but again they only care about MONEY. They don't care about the customers. We moved away to an empty area to listen to the awesome band. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the organizers. Also I assume that when someone wants to do an activity like this, they have to request permission to the health department. Question, where was the health department when this people squeeze over 300 people like sardines in very small area? This is WHY organizers don't understand WHY decent Latinos stopped going to activities. Because you don't care about customers you only care about MONEY.
