I’ve been seeing Dr. Zifteh at APEX Chiropractic for low back pain, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. I originally went in just hoping for some relief, but the results have gone far beyond that. Not only is my low back pain completely gone, but my posture has improved significantly, and I now have a much better understanding of how my body works. She has a great way of making you think about alignment - I’ve definitely caught myself wondering if my “head is on straight” throughout the day now. It’s the kind of guidance that sticks with you because she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. Dr. Zifteh is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients’ long-term wellness. Every visit feels personalized, and I haven’t stopped going since my first appointment. If you’re dealing with pain or simply want to improve your overall wellness, APEX Chiropractic and Dr. Zifteh are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
All the reviews about Dr. Soriano are 1000% true. He is very kind, personable, professional and knowledgeable in his field. We drive from St Augustine to Neptune Beach to see him because when you have something that makes you feel good and helps your body heal it doesn't matter how far you have to go. We are so happy we found him!
Doctor Zifteh is phenomenal! She is so gentle but efficient with my baby and does everything in her power to accommodate us! She's very knowledgeable, patient, caring and would explain everything that she'd be doing and why before she starts so you feel comfortable! She gave me hope and we already see improvements with our treatment! So thankful a friend referred us to her! Thank you Dr. Z!!
Dr Zifteh was incredible at walking us through trying to breastfeed after my daughter’s oral ties were released. I was hesitant about having my daughter adjusted being so young but her approach is unlike most chiropractors and I was much more comfortable with it after she walked me through the process in detail. She was so good with my daughter and also helped me focus on taking care of myself while trying to navigate breastfeeding issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Apex Chiropractics! My 8-year-old son was experiencing neck pain and constantly rolling his neck. Since beginning treatment, he no longer does this AND we’ve noticed a huge improvement in both his posture and overall behavior. He absolutely loves Dr. Zifteh , and we’re beyond grateful for the care and results he’s received. Highly recommend Apex Chiropractics for anyone looking for expert, compassionate care!
