Anthony Migliore, SVN First Coast Commercial Real Estate Specialists

Anthony greatly exceeded our expectations. He was very responsive and we felt comfortable with his area knowledge from the get-go. Before meeting Anthony, we were expecting potentially many months on the market, but his expertise in marketing the property and strong local connections meant we received an offer in less than a week for 25% more than we were expecting. We would strongly recommend Anthony for your commercial real estate needs.

Anthony is not just a bulldog. He is a professional bulldog! He has integrity, is tenacious and is ready, willing, and able to take action every step of the way making for a smooth selling process. He actually made our entire experience fun. What I like most about Anthony is that he is personable and kept us informed, answered our questions and took action quickly. He is a no nonsense kind of guy--always available, straight forward, honest. If you are looking for outstanding and professional service, call the Bulldog--he won't disappoint.

I met Anthony several years ago during a time when I needed a commercial realtor. I recently need assistance with the purchase of an expansion office and asked for Anthony's help. He was always accessible, knowledgeable, and a true expert in the commercial space I needed for my homecare business. I would recommend SVN to anyone needing real estate assistance.

I recently listed my office condo building with Anthony Migliore of CBC Caldwell Benchmark Realty. We were blessed to have a cash offer within about 2 weeks. All the interactions and follow through from Anthony and his partner were extremely efficient and professional. I highly recommend their services.
