I first worked with Allison when I was renting a home and she was the property manager for the owner. From day one, I was impressed by how professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful she was whenever any issue came up. So when it came time to buy a house, there was never a question about who I was going to call. Over the course of my career, I’ve moved 10 times, bought 5 homes, and rented 5 others. Without question….and it’s not even close….Allison is the best real estate professional I’ve worked with in the last 25 years. What really sets her apart is how she treated me. Even though I knew she had other clients, she always made me feel like I was her only one. Phone calls were returned almost immediately, texts were answered right away, and her knowledge of the local market and the entire buying process was outstanding. In fact, I found the house I wanted late one evening and texted Allison around 10:25 PM asking if we could put in an offer. By the very next day, she had the contract ready to go. I was transitioning out of the Navy and had a complicated scenario and she handled it like she had done it a thousand times, no surprises, always had the answers.......That responsiveness and experience helped me secure the home I wanted. Whether you’re buying a home, selling one, or you’re a landlord looking for someone you can trust to manage your property, I can’t recommend Allison highly enough. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive, and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests. I’m incredibly glad I had her on my team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding agent! Would give 6 out of 5 stars! Michael Minervini
