It's an easy place to store, but man, their landscapers really don't care about any of the customers' property. My old car was always getting messed up and scratched because they just send it full speed flying and fling rocks everywhere, covering the vehicle with grass and dings. But when I got a new car, I thought maybe they would care. Nope, on the first day, they came through and left all kinds of nicks and scratches on my brand-new car. Going to get a cover to try and mitigate any damage they attempt to cause
This facility offers high-quality, exceptionally clean premises with both premium and affordable pricing options. Ethan provided outstanding service, demonstrating honesty and transparency in all pricing discussions. He meticulously itemized all costs, ensuring a clear and straightforward understanding. The location boasts a high level of security, including an on-site manager, guaranteeing the protection of belongings 24/7. Additionally, the availability of U-Haul rentals makes this facility the premier choice on the island. It comes highly recommended.
This is my first experience using a storage unit and it has been flawless! The gate was easy to use with the app, yet still feeling secure. parking/unloading was very easy as there was no traffic. The two men I have spoken with at the front office have provided excellent customer service! Even when I came across a small hiccup they gave me a quick and easy solution without extra hidden fees. Making a reservation on the phone was also very easy and they helped me find a great deal. Overall, I would recommend this business! Moved from out of state and they kept my experience stress free.
Listen, in New York we’re used to people being busy and rushing through the day, so great customer service really stands out. My short time handling my mother’s storage issue in St. Augustine was a breeze because of Ethan. He helped me, was genuinely polite, patient, and on point from start to finish. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole storage process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-kept, but what really impressed me was the level of professionalism and kindness he showed. Good people make all the difference, and this gentleman is a true asset to the business. If you’re looking for storage in St. Augustine and want to be treated with respect, this is the place. Thanks again for the outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
