As a first time homebuyer, I was blown away at how Amy went above and beyond to explain every nuance of the process to us. She is innately kind and attentive, and always went out of her way to check in and keep us updated throughout every stage. However, she is also firm and assertive when unforeseen complications arise, and we were grateful to have her in our corner. We hope to never buy a home without her!
