We live in a private neighborhood, on a small street and AMH has a rental property on our street. Recently a family moved out leaving a giant pile of trash on the driveway and grass. The trash is loose, not bagged. I called the company and requested that they send someone to clean it up. The next day an AMH truck appeared. *You can see the nose of the truck in my picture. I saw the worker outside and he assured me that the trash would be picked up that day. He looked straight at me and lied. He knew no one was coming out to clean it up. It has been 6 days. The trash is all over the street. It smells. It has rained multiple times. We the neighbors have had to pick stuff up and move it back into the pile. The yard has not been mowed. This is disgusting. And we know from previous tenants that this house had a roach infestation they were not taking care of, that is why they moved out. Having to throw away their sofa and other items. 0/10 - Do not recommend.
I had a wonderful experience with Anthony from AMH Homes. He came to repair several items in my home, and from the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything clearly, completed the repairs efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. It's not often you find someone who is not only highly skilled but also reliable, respectful, and takes pride in their work. Anthony represents AMH Homes exceptionally well, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service he provided. Thank you, 😊 Anthony, for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service. AMH Homes is fortunate to have you on their team!
Great job done today, fixed an issue with one of the sprinklers that had come un attached so Muzafer was able to glue and fix and reattach it back to its inlet pipe in the ground. All set now!
I had maintenance at my home for a garbage disposal replacement, and Anthony was fantastic! He was very quick, knowledgeable, and professional. He also gave me great advice on how to properly maintain and keep my garbage disposal clean to help prevent this issue from happening again. His advice was very helpful, and I really appreciated his excellent service. Highly recommend Anthony! Thank you again!
Anthony was Outstanding! How can I see enough great things about Anthony and the service he provided today. We have had ongoing issues with our Bluetooth touchscreen door lock since moving into our new home on July 9, and what had become a persistent and frustrating problems was handled by Anthony within minutes. From the moment he arrived, Anthony was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He immediately assessed the situation, removed the lot, carefully evaluated the mechanism, identified the problem, and fixed it. What impressed me the most was how quickly and confidently he was able to troubleshoot something that had been given us problems for weeks. Beyond his technical expertise, Anthony was simply a pleasure to have in our home. He was respectful, personable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. That combination of scale, professionalism, and great customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find, and he deserves to be recognize when you encounter. Anthony turned a frustrating situation into an excellent experience. If this is the standard he brings to every service call, he is an incredible asset to the company. 12/10 service. I would recommend Anthony without hesitation and would absolutely request him again in the future. Thank you, Anthony for taking care of us!
