Real Estate Agent
8702 Perimeter Park Boulevard, Jacksonville
This office is never open for customer service and never answer the phones depending on when they feel like opening seems like the works are afraid to answer any questions you may have or tell you to send a email for assistance that know one never reply’s back to you until a week or two later if that .Teresa supposedly the manager is very nasty and never wants to talk to you or they tell you she’s on a call.Worst mistake I made renting from this company that’s probably why they sold the company. If I could rate would be a -0. ***PLEASE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THEM*** seems like they are running from somebody cause they have a sign on the door
I submitted a request for a.c. repair to my apartment. Not only did staff show up the day of the request; The a.c. was fixed within 20 minutes.
The worst realty company I have ever encountered. Never available on the phone. They take forever to do work orders. You can never reach the manger because she is always"busy cutting checks" or sneaking out the back door to avoid your scheduled appointment she said she didn't schedule from her very own email. Just the worst. DON'T RENT WITH THEM
They are evil unorganize also rude people. Never fix what’s broken but want rent regardless of things broken. Will evict when you have payed rent on time because of you telling them that there wrong.
