I went in today and everyone is extremely comforting. I felt very safe and was insecure, but I didn’t feel insecure around anyone. The dentist especially I wished I remembered her name. But she was very nice and just overall great and professional.
Had a tooth break due to teeth grinding. VA Emergency dental gave me a community referral and told to take motrin (Usually 4 weeks+). So, I called numerous dental offices to verify if they accepted my insurance and had availability same day. I was told over the phone by two different ladies, that American Dental Wellness were in-network for Metlife. I arrived and once again verified and was told in-network. I should have verified via the Metlife app but they were adament they accepted the insurance and I had to jump through hoops to ensure they saw my policy before being taken back. To my surprise, I get a declined services from Metlife due to the office being out of network. So, $900 for a chipped tooth that should have cost me my normal deductible. On top of it all, the "Fix" the dentist did broke again in under two months. AVOID at all costs - swindlers and misrepresentation!
Heather was absolutely sweet and very kind. I had no issues during my visit, and she was happy to answer all of my questions. Amber and Adriana were also very helpful and checked on me before I was taken back. Dr. Letteri was extremely knowledgeable and recommended the best treatment plan for both my needs and the health of my smile. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well cared for by the entire team.
I drove 30 minutes to this location for Dr Letteri, he does amazing work and is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. The rest of the team especially Angie & Taylor were amazing and made me feel so comfortable when I got a bit anxious over treatment. Very happy with my experience and definitely returning.
Charline took very good care of my teeth made me feel really welcome and at home. Also ,Amber and Anna did a tremendous job on helping me with any questions that I had prior to my appointment and getting me the help that I needed. Great teamwork, all around.
