I moved to Fernandina Beach 12 years ago. Was very happy to learn that Nassau Health Food was on the Island. The store has changed over the past years, but they always seem to be improving. The store owners seem to be hands on. This is a smaller store but perfect for Our Island.If visiting, you will find it warm and relaxing. They are currently doing some re-modeling to make even more improvements.They expanded The Amelia Fresh Cafe. You are able to eat inside or outdoors. They have a good selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They have spices and herbs. You can order a sandwich made fresh. The Chefs are very good. If you need general type of vitamins and health drinks, they have it. I recommend this store, you will not leave the store empty handed.
This little market has it all! From fresh locally grown organic vegetables to deliciously prepared meals and an incredible selection of supplements, Amelia organic market meets the need. I love shopping here for our family. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
This is a great local, organic and health food grocery store. It's more than a Health Food store, carrying locally grown produce, organic food, cold-pressed juices, bulk nuts, frozen wild-caught salmon, unique meats like bison and elk, grass-fed beef and organic chicken. A great selection of supplements and a delicious cafe. The store even has an organic wine section. It's the only local place I can find raw pepitas, cold-pressed greens juice, local and unique mushrooms. Friendly and happy staff. It's great.
Me and my entire family been shopping here more and more over the last few weeks — and now I'm officially a super fan. On Tuesday night I had a big client team-building event and called the store in a pinch. The owner jumped right in, got me exactly what I needed, and the event went off without a hitch. This is absolutely our go-to place.
I cannot say enough good things about this local gem. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious and dependable. The new owner seems to have been making some significant improvements in the inventory and quality of ingredients in the to-go meals. I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars, God Bless 🙏
