  DO NOT GO HERE!!! My name is Tamara Ortiz and I was a patient of Dr Maynoldi. The front desk receptionist Christina is very rude! I had an appointment with Dc. Maynoldi on 6/17. I have been seeing this doctor for over a year. He has been great but unfortunately His receptionist Christina is very rude and cruel. She laughed at my disabilities and medical needs. My prescriptions were not ordered or sent to my pharmacy correctly for a third time. The first two times it happened I didn't complain, I said nothing. Just waited an extending amount of time for everything to be corrected. Unfortunately this third time being very sick due to my diagnosed medical needs, I was hoping to have this third mess up corrected quickly. On the morning of 7/18/26 I called the doctors office at 9:30am and spoke with Christina, I advised her of my issue, long story short she stated it would be the in the afternoon after she spoke with the doctor, I should be able to get some idea of correction. I called back at 3:30pm to see if anything had been done. I never once raised my voice, never became belligerent, but of course I was upset over this issue even at one point stating to Christina that I don't blame her but I'm sick and struggling and need something to be done please. Christina at that point became abusive and disrespectful. She stated that this is how it is and if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else to get seen. I couldn't believe her behavior. I stated to her do not disrespect me or talk down to me like that, it is very unprofessional. She again stated If I don't like it, I can leave and then hung up in my face. Today 6/19/26 I called the office wanting to speak directly with Dr Maynoldi but Christina answered the phone and advised me he wouldn't be available until Tuesday 6/23/26. I stated is there anyone else I could please speak with, because at that moment I have no desire to speak with her. She stated no, I said you're the only one in the office, she stated yes. Then she went on to say, that she will be the only person answering the phone, so her and I need to get along and I need to respect her. I told her, you're the one being disrespectful, so much so, that the evening before during a panic attack brought on by her, I had to have any emergency meeting with my therapist. Christina then laughed and stated what medicine could be so important that your having anxiety. She at this point is making fun of my disability and anxiety when she has no idea of my medical needs and I am not obligated to discuss them with her. She treated and talked to me like I was nothing, like I was trash. In my opinion she acted has if she is incharge of the entire practice, that she is the boss and if I don't let her treat me this way, she will hold my very much needed medical treatments hostage. This is very unfortunate because Dr Maynoldi is amazing, he does truly care for his patients, but just because I feel that way about Dr. Maynoldi doesn't mean I would let a staff member abuse me, laugh at my disabilities and be just down right cruel to me. I don't know what is going wrong in that office but I can not be the only person she has done this too. She was so beholden in her behavior I am certain she gets away with it all the time. So she got her wish I will be going somewhere else from now on for my medical needs. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Update 6/20/26: My pharmacy sent me a notice at 9:30am telling me they were working on my prescriptions, that I would be able to pick them up within the hour There should be 5 prescriptions ready, there was only 4. I never received any notice or phone calls from Dr. Maynoldi office regarding my medicine or the situation that accrued. The whole point of my urgency and concern in the situation was due to my Neuropathy being out of control. Dr. Maynoldi is aware of this. My neuropathy prescription was never sent to pharmacy with the other prescriptions. In the end, it is still not correct.
