Outstanding hidden gem in Avondale neighborhood in Jacksonville! Owner Garrett, is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. He has a wide ranging understanding of antiques which makes his estate sales great as well! He has helped me identify items and answer the many questions that come along with the items. If he doesn’t have it, he usually knows who collects it, where it can be found and who may want/buy it. This is a must-see stop when in Shoppes of Avondale! **Parking is an issue, but I park a few blocks away and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood on my walk to the shop.

Initially we thought this place was great but at the end they would not honor prices advertised. It's very disappointing how they handled the situation. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I've had several great experiences selling to Gayle. She is extremely friendly, pleasant and fair. Sold Sterling silver to her many times and have not had a bad experience yet! I'm African American and Gayle has never been anything but friendly. She's a very savvy, professional business woman, with a good head on her shoulders. I understand that she can't buy everything she's presented with, that's just good business sense. I'll keep coming to her because she gives me fair offers. If I bring something to her and she doesn't want it, no problem, I'lI go elsewhere to sell it.
