I would like to share my five-star rating for Tamer Kekec, a property manager par excellence! He is honest,Sincere, and prides himself on doing what is best for the customers. It is not an easy job and he makes it look easy. Thank you Tamer, being there when I needed you! Sincerely, Doug Shine

We’ve had an excellent experience with Tamer Kekec at Alta Property Management Services and truly appreciate the professionalism and care he brings to what he does. During a period of hardship, he showed genuine kindness and understanding while still maintaining clear and reasonable expectations — something that speaks volumes about his character. Communication has consistently been prompt and reliable, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. A standout example was when he arranged for our sink to be repaired on Christmas Eve, which went far beyond what most would expect and was deeply appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a landlord who treats tenants like human beings rather than just rent payments. In a time when customer service often feels impersonal or lacking, this level of respect, responsiveness, and consideration truly stands out. It’s been a pleasure renting here, and we’re grateful for the way we’ve been treated.
Tamer has gone above and beyond for us multiple times in order to meet all of our needs in the most difficult of times. If you have him as your property manager you are in fantastic hands. Extremely easy to communicate with and constantly goes above and beyond to get the job done. Would recommend to anyone.
