Alms + Fare

Excellent!!! I am on a gluten/grain free diet due to an autoimmune disease and it can be so hard to find good treats on vacation, but Alms + Fare is incredible. Everything I’ve tried is fantastic!! Particularly the spicy avocado toast (add a boiled egg!). The Twix bars and Somoa donuts are also wonderful!

This is definitely a healthy bakery, but you would never know by the taste. Delicious! They are also allergy friendly, my friend's son who is very allergic to multiple things was able to eat their gluten free, vegan, nut-free chocolate chip cookies with zero issues. He was so excited to be able to eat something from a store that everyone else got treats from as well. He said they were the best chocolate chip cookies he has ever had!

I always love driving down to St Aug just for Alms and Fare. Everything is gf/df/refined sugar free and there’s so many options. They have the best sweet treats (and now quiches) that are super healthy ingredients. Coffee is good too! Some of my faves are the nutter butters and cinnamon rolls. Every staff member is so kind and really has a peaceful and friendly environment.

Adorable little coffee & bakeshop across the street from the entrance of the Fountain of Youth! Their drip was good and I had a pumpkin chai bun to go with it. I love that they sweeten their baked with less refined, natural sweeteners. Sometimes baked goods can get a little “too sweet” so this was just the perfect amount of sweetness to let the spices and other flavors shine through. Great place to get some work done, too! 😀
