Allison James Estates & Homes

You won’t find a better Realtor than Kravin Ellison. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but also responds quickly. He is patient and listens to what you need. My family and I are moving across the country from Utah to Florida, which is not an easy process to say the least. There were many challenges to face, but Kravin stepped up big time! He helped me by driving around Jacksonville for 2 months just to show me the homes by virtual tour. We are now under contract and scheduled to close on a house in Jacksonville this month! There were several repairs needed after the inspection, and Kravin continues to assist us by meeting up with the contractors to do the repairs. The world could use more people like him. Thank you Kravin for going out of your way and helping my family to make this move possible! We couldn’t have done it without you.

Ethan was an extreme pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and always answerd our questions. He kept us up to date during the entire process. I highly recommend using Ethan if you want the best in the business.

Ethan was phenomenal, the process was smooth and easy. We purchased a home in Jacksonville from another city, and he represented us locally. He sent pictures, took videos, and assisted with our local needs.
