Editing to add that the staff and doctor did sincerely apologize and since then we have had a much better experience. We did decide to continue with the treatment here with our son and the staff has been incredibly kind and encouraging towards him since this in incident took place. Our experience at this office was incredibly disappointing. We came in for my son to receive allergy shots, and while it’s understandable that children can be scared in medical settings, the way the staff handled the situation was unacceptable. My son was visibly upset and nervous, and instead of offering reassurance or support, most of the staff were impatient, dismissive, and downright rude towards him and me. It was clear they were frustrated by his fear rather than trying to help him through it. What makes it even more upsetting is that the office’s non-discrimination policy specifically states they do not discriminate based on age-but that did not feel true today. The way my son was treated for simply being a scared child was disheartening and felt anything but age-inclusive. The one positive part of our visit was Bobi, who showed genuine compassion and did her best to comfort my son. Her kindness truly stood out, and we’re very thankful for her support. Unfortunately, while we were waiting for Bobi to return to the room, another nurse entered, abruptly grabbed the vials, and said with a rude tone, “You guys are done. We’ll message the doctor to find out what to do with you.” Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome and hurt. I would not recommend going here if you have small children.

I’ve been a patient since last year. The Orange Park location is the absolute best! The ladies at the desk and Brandi are the best! Customer service stellar which is rare this day and age. So happy how my patient needs are being cared for on each visit.
