He also tapped into personal resources to help us gain better understanding of real-world costs associated with fixes and alterations that needed to be made on the property prior negotiating with the seller. We truly felt like Alex was our emissary in Jacksonville. He took the time to understand our needs and wants, and he worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. Alex was extremely helpful and his expertise was very valuable. As first time homebuyers with little knowledge of the process, Alex took care of everything and made it very easy.
