Aldridge & Sons Plumbing Contractors, Inc.

I called first thing in the morning for my kitchen faucet. It needed to be replaced and we had some problems with the old one. I had someone at my house within a half hour of my call. Cole was professional, kind and helped give advice for our new faucet. I will use this service again for any services because they were efficient and able to help in a pinch.

1st time ever writing a review about any company because I’m not one to make complaints but this was special. Paid $223 for this company to spend less than 30 minutes at my house to look for a leak that was speeding throughout my house. They couldn’t find the leak and left. Call another plumbing company to come out. Less than 45 minutes he located the leak and repaired it for $60. I would highly caution anyone looking to use this company.

Had to have the whole house re piped, since the previous owner (a landlord, surprise) used the lowest possible bidder. The plumbers sent out by this company were phenomenal. Zachary, the plumber, explained what was wrong in depth, and patiently answered all of my questions, as I am barely familiar with the subject. They also fixed the drain on the bathroom sink while they were here, it's so nice to have that working. I will definitely be giving them a call the next time I need plumbing work done! Update to add: last year, we had them do some work during a bathroom remodel, and they did a wonderful job. Yesterday, we had them replace our water heater. I wish I could leave 3 separate reviews, they would all be 5 star. Ask for Zachary, you won't be disappointed. His work is top notch, and he's only gotten better since he started.
