Excellent service from Alansy LLC! Our CaptiveAire exhaust system suffered a roof short circuit that damaged the fire suppression controller and power cable. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the damaged components, programmed the new controller, and restored the system to full operation. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Highly recommended!
Coming home to find my favorite Thermador refrigerator not working was a nightmare, but I’m so glad I found Alansy. Their technician, Vlad, arrived and was absolutely wonderful. He was smart, neat, and very professional. On top of being a great specialist, he is a very pleasant man with a charming Russian accent! He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and left for his next appointment with a kind smile. It’s rare to find such high-quality service and someone so pleasant to work with. If you need a pro who is both skilled and polite, ask for Vlad. Highly recommended!
We called Alansy to repair our bakery oven, and technician Vlad did an outstanding job! He was punctual, honest, and very polite. It was also a pleasure to notice how professional and well-presented he was, including a nice, subtle cologne—a detail that really stands out in our industry. The oven is working perfectly again, which means more baking and more business for us. Thank you, Vlad and Alansy, for the top-notch service!
If I could give them less I would. The technician came out to check my refrigerator and I paid the $99 service fee, after a week I decided to go with them and paid the deposit for the control board for my refrigerator and it has been a disaster since then. It took a week of trying to bother them to get an appointment set up to fix it, they kept claiming the part was on the way but refused to giving a shipping date or delivery even though it was well past their original estimate. After days of calling I got a message that they refused to answer the status on the control board that was order but then immediately followed with the part was in stock and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. The control board didn’t fix the problem and they now said it’s the compressor and that they would refund me since the part didn’t fix it. I have only received a partial refund because they deducted the service charge from my refund. I’ve texted copies of the invoice and receipt showing I paid for the part and service fee separately and that I’m entitled to the full refund of the part and they have ghosted me since despite me providing proof they’re in the wrong. Calling the company is worthless since you’ll just get put in contact with the scheduling department who will forward your complaints to service saying they will give you a call and they never do. If you try to call a local number your call will be ignored or will go to an AI agent who doesn’t help at all. If you can use anybody but them I would.
I had a very disappointing experience with Anlansy Repair and would not recommend their services based on my experience. I initially called them to repair my restaurant’s stove, and I also had them work on my refrigerator. I paid over $2,200 for what I was told was a full-service repair on the stove. Unfortunately, when I opened my restaurant, the stove was still having problems. Less than two months later, I called them back. I was then given another list of issues with the same stove and a new bill of approximately $1,700, despite the fact that I had already paid $2,200 for the original repair. I decided to get a second opinion from another repair company, and they completed the necessary repair for approximately $600. The stove has worked without the issues Anlansy had diagnosed. The refrigerator was a similar experience. I paid approximately $700 for their repair, but the refrigerator was still not working properly. I was then quoted another $1,100. Again, I called another company, and their diagnosis was completely different and the repair cost was significantly less. Based on my experience, I feel I was overcharged and that the original diagnoses and repairs were not accurate. I was especially disappointed because I expected the work to be covered by the warranty. In my experience, the warranty was not helpful because I was told that the problems occurring afterward were unrelated to what they had previously repaired. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and another estimate before authorizing expensive repairs. In my case, both times another company diagnosed the equipment differently and charged substantially less, and the repairs actually resolved the problems. I am sharing my experience so other restaurant owners can make an informed decision before spending thousands of dollars on repairs.
