We found a property off of Zillow that Prince Kumar was handling. The experience with him was very seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the property we were interested in. Though we decided not to go with the property, his level of expertise was something worth noting. Thanks for being patient and for answering all our concerns. We came with a laundry list of different types of questions but he nailed every one of them with ease. You're definitely going places in the real estate world!!
They will take hundreds of dollars out of your deposit at the end of your lease to fix old 15+ year old appliances that they couldnt fix when you lived there. Took over a month to get a microwave replaced that was ancient just like all the other appliances. Dont bother cleaning before you leave they will charge you a cleaning fee anyway. Dont trust these people. Beware
Worst and Worst...Stay 1000 miles away from these people.. Don't even try.
