I previously purchased shocks and struts with intent to install them when I replaced all five of the tires, from another mechanic. This mechanic told me I needed a bunch of additional work before they would install them. So I sought a second, Joe was recommended to me by another Toyota FJ enthusiast. Joe was able to replace my shocks/struts and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. His shop has all the capabilities of a larger one, without all the overhead. He was in good communication the entire time and came in at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Joe and Guage were awesome. I had a bunch of issues going on with my van and they were able to identify and help me strategize which issues are critical and which issues can wait. Joe even helped me get to/from my house while my van was getting worked on. They didn’t mark up any of the parts because they had me go pick up and pay for the parts at Advanced Auto, which is right next door. That’s transparency. They got a bunch of stuff finished in less than 24hrs and now my van runs great. I’m definitely taking it back if/when my used vehicle needs maintenance. Thank you guys so much!!
Unfortunately it's been over a year for a Jeep Restoration. We gave him $8,000 up front and we still do not have the Jeep.
