Coming from up North I knew NOTHING about well water or filtration. We bought a new construction home. The contractor used a well drilling company to put in a filtration system. Had nothing but problems from day 1. Finally got smart and called Affordable Water, the BEST filtration company in Jacksonville. Mark came out and diagnosed the problem right away.He took water samples. First off he advised me to install a water softener.Which is beneficial for your appliances to last longer. The contractor never advised me to do that. Mark's staff : Stu, Tiffany, Kristina, Rachelle and all the people at Affordable Water are very honest and reputable people. Very lucky I found you!!! Use the Best!!! Use Affordable Water for your filtration. Thanks again, Lou Pappas
I’ve been using Affordable Water for 26 years and Ben is a great representative of their company! They’re a great supplier of salt for my water softener and they deliver timely, adding the salt for me. They’re very competitively priced. I highly recommend them!
I have been a happy affordable water customer for over 20 years. Ben is fantastic and so are all of the other affordable water technicians service people and support staff that I’ve encountered over the many years. I could not recommend them more highly.
Jim came out and gave me an estimate, he was very knowledgeable on the equipment the company installs and even helped me locate my main water shut off that was buried by the previous owners. Overall, the company (and Jim!) have been very responsive, friendly and great to work with
This is a fabulous company. I’ve been with them for a long, long, long time 2006 something like that they’re very dependable. When I needed a new system I called them. They put it in. They deliver the salt in a timely manner. The people in the office are fabulous. The delivery guy is usually wonderful when I happen to be here to see him.
