I recently started taking an aerial silk class with Aerial Athlete; I was needing a creative, hard workout and this is DEFINITELY that!!! The instructors are very welcoming and they are masters at the aerial silks, lyra, hammock & trapeze arts; it's hard work but I learn something new everytime I show up & put in the work! They have kids classes, adult beginner classes and adult/teen intermediate classes with plenty of open practice time so, that you can work on what you learned in class.
Aerial Athlete is a wonderful and inviting place to spread your wings and learn various aerial skills. I first met Laura Adkins at the Aerial Athlete grand opening a little over two years ago and new instantly that I wanted to learn from her. She is a wonderful and patient instructor that has extensive knowledge in her trade. In fact, all of the instructors follow the same standard. In addition to the accommodating class schedule, the atmosphere is clean, friendly and positive. I would recommend Aerial Athlete to anyone who else is looking to get fit while having a great time!!
My daughter absolutely loves Aerial Athlete, and we love watching her perform. She's so strong now and confident it's been amazing seeing her grow in her abilities. Her instructors are top notch and you can see the love they have for the art as well as the drive they have for helping their students excel. I highly recommend this on so many levels!
I absolutely LOVE coming to visit Aerial Athlete!! I have been a guest artist for them for quite some time now and they always are super welcoming and accommodating. The students are so talented and are eager to learn! Thank you Aerial Athlete for having me and I can't wait to come visit again soon!
Highly recommended. My daughter absolutely Loves doing aerial with Ms. Laura & Ms. Charlotte. They are amazing athletes, & wonderful instructors. My daughter (age 8) has recieved more than just improved strength & flexibility, but also improved self esteem & confidence with the entire group. The aerial summer camp was also an amazing experience for her and we are excited to continue with this adventure!
