Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. They claim to "auto-ship" but after a few orders it magically stops working. They gave me a printer that only works off of Genuine Brother Toner. It will not take any replacement toners and all they are willing to send is the replacements. They don't return phone calls, they just push issues aside. It's ridiculous. If you're looking for a company to get a printer through, I suggest anywhere but here. The service staff are nice and professional but even they complain about the office staff and their lack of attention to detail. Thankfully I've found another company to supply my needs once my contract is up.
Just met Valerie Phillips. First impression says a lot for me. And Valerie was very professional, and I was impressed and look forward to discussing our business with her and AD Solutions in the future.
Charles Parker is an amazing serviceman. He comes out quickly and works patiently until the copier is fixed. This is very important for a school.
