Ace FL did two of our home inspections for separate properties we were interested in purchasing. Each time, Aly was very thorough, incredibly detail oriented, and professional. Detailed color photos of issues, as well as of the main electrical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment at the home, were included in each home inspection report. The level of severity of issues found were noted with sufficient detail and potential solutions to address them were given along with useful diagrams. It was very easy to select which issues in the report we wanted addressed by the seller and automatically create a "request for repair" report which we could then email. I called several home inspectors and Ace FL was the most economical by a large margin. Most others provide a basic home inspection at a relatively low price but then charge an additional $75-$150 each for a wind mitigation report, a 4-point inspection, and termite report. Ace FL included all of those inspections at no additional cost and was by far the lowest priced if you want those 3 other reports. I would highly recommend this company to any home buyer. You would be in good hands.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Ace Home Inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service they provided. From start to finish, the experience was professional, thorough, and incredibly informative. The inspector took the time to carefully evaluate every aspect of the home, from the roof down to the foundation. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. They checked all major systems, pointed out potential concerns, and even highlighted smaller maintenance items that could become issues down the line. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the willingness to explain everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. The final report was detailed, well-organized, and included photos that made it easy to follow along. It gave me a lot of confidence in understanding the true condition of the property and helped me make informed decisions moving forward. If you’re looking for a reliable and thorough home inspection, I highly recommend Ace Home Inspection. They truly did a great job and went above and beyond expectations.
I would like to commend Ali for providing excellent and exceptional service. I am very pleased with my decision to choose this company for my home inspection. Ali was incredibly thorough, identifying numerous issues that my family and I had not noticed during our initial walkthrough of the property. I look forward with working with Ali in the future. My sincere thanks to Ali for his outstanding work.
