We had a new ac system installed last year. They did amazing job with amazing price. The guys that installed it was very professional. We also had to our refrigerator ice maker replaced by them. Would highly recommend to give them a call.
Highly recommend this company and Troy who did a great job of repairing my refrigerator when it stopped cooling. They got to me in a timely fashion which is always a pleasant surprise. I was sure I would have to purchase a new refrigerator but Troy saved the day. Not only was he efficient but he was incredibly pleasant and helpful. They will be my go-to company for HVAC and appliance repairs or replacement.
They Deserve UNLIMITED ********etc! We’ve relied on Ace for refrigerator repairs for years, and Troy has consistently been prompt, thorough, and fair. When our KitchenAid failed, he discovered the wiring harness made repairs impractical and charged us only for the initial visit and a non-returnable part. Later, he made several visits to diagnose our Bosch, even calling for temperature updates. After replacing the board and continuing to troubleshoot, he found power-surge damage that made the refrigerator beyond repair. Because he couldn’t fix it, he charged us only for parts he had installed and could not return. We will never use anyone else for our appliance repair needs.
You cannot go wrong with Ace. We went through countless of the "big" companies and I always felt like we were being ripped off. With Ace, they were honest with us about what was going on with our AC. I didn't feel like they were trying to get one over on us and Troy even helped us with our refrigerator despite it not being the reason we called. Now, whenever we have any issue with our appliances, we call Ace and they're always so quick to schedule and solve our problems. It's really reassuring there are still family-owned businesses that want to help their community and continue building relationships.
The team was extremely professional and worked with me on everything. Down to the scheduling (I had to reschedule multiple times due to my job) but they were able to get me in the same day i was available. The technician, Troy was in and out and no complaints.
