On 5/7/2021 I had the pleasure of speaking to an ADT Representative, Archie at the (National Sales Center) He was working from home. When I spoke to Mr. Archie 'last name unknown', he was Welcoming and Unfailingly Polite.(Old Fashioned Manners in Danger of Dying Out). He was well-spoken and courteous. His interest in my matters were unexpected and meaningful. He offered me a fantastic budget-friendly and affordable contract that I was comfortable with, given my current income. In every way, I had a positive experience. I can genuinely say that ADT HOME ALARM SECURITY COMPANY is committed to assuring it's clients a True Representation of it's company's values incentives and goals. An act that demonstrates a genuine desire to satisfy, if not, delight their customers. ADT is fortunate to have Representative Archie as one of the faces representing it's company. He is a highly capable person, use him wisely. The opportunity to contribute to Mr. Archie's review is a valuable experience, and the experience allowed me the opportunity to create a more personal bond with ADT. I look forward to many more years of association with ADT. Respectfully Submitted Gmariee Personal thanks to you Archie
