AAA Ponte Vedra

Came here for passport photos included with a Premier membership. No photo paper and they claim they don’t do infant passport photos. The real problem was the staff. Both associates were rude. The woman who came out front didn’t even say hello and spoke in an aggressive, accusatory way. No apology, no empathy, just attitude. They also gave incorrect information, saying my baby’s eyes “had to be open.” That isn’t true. Infants are allowed to have their eyes closed for passport photos. A Walgreens associate managed to take compliant infant passport photos with no issue. It’s embarrassing that a travel service like AAA couldn’t help and sent me to a drugstore instead. Poor service and poor training. Annoyed that we waste money every year on the premier membership.

Visited AAA for a IDP/International Drivers Permit. Abbie was super helpful in getting my pictures taken, what form I needed to fill out and getting me out the door and on my way! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

I had some positive experiences with AAA Travel in PVB, but unfortunately, my experience with Cindy was not great. She was my travel agent for a 2 week trip to Italy. She really messed us up with the train schedules she booked. She booked us non-refundable, non-changeable train tickets without presenting us with the schedule options. They have trains to/from Venice all day so we had lots of options. But she made the decision without consulting us - or making it clear we had options. The train times she selected were not ideal—long layovers and early departure times. With the times she booked, we would spend 8 hours traveling to Venice for only one full day there. Fortunately, I was able to get a later departure and we could spend another day there. We still wasted several hours in airports and train stations because she didn't make a good choice. Cindy’s job should be to help plan a trip that works for the traveler, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
