Here’s a polished version of your review that sounds genuine and professional: If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I was on vacation, hundreds of miles from home, when my van suddenly went into Service Mode – Service Brake. I was stressed and didn’t know where to turn. Andrew and the team at A1A Auto Center were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They took the time to diagnose the issue, got me back on the road, and even refused to accept any payment. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. I can’t thank them enough for helping my family continue our vacation. If you’re in the St. Augustine area and need an honest, trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend A1A Auto Center. Thank you again, Andrew and the entire team! This kind of detailed review is likely to mean a lot to a small independent shop.
I can't thank them enough. These are really good people. They are absolutely more then thorough, and do their best to be affordable. They saved me big time in a pinch yesterday and I am beyond thankful to them. I would tell anyone to go here and know that your car is in the best hands. Being a single woman u can be taken easily advantage of..not here! U can trust Your jeep wrangler to them..like me. Thanks guys! May your buisness thrive and be blessed! Happy to have found you!
Absolutely wonderful service My car started making odd noises in the steering system and my tires were wearing uneven. One tire was low. As soon as I pulled in, one of the brothers immediately came to offer assistance. Talked to me, 🙌 listened 🙌 to me, quick test drive and glanced over car, put air in tire (without me asking), set a time for me to come back and get my car on their lift. Upon return, prompt courteous service again, they test drove car again, diagnosed, gave options, explained everything. I needed tires, they referred me to another great shop with excellent customer service and decent prices. They did not charge me a single penny. The service was so amazing I almost want to move here. I have never received such great service at an auto repair shop. THANK YOU GUYS! So absolutely grateful
Transmission failed in my Hummer. Ordered a reman and had A1A Auto Center do the swap. These guys were great. Even with unexpected issues they were more than fair. I'm NOT ignorant in regards to mechanical repairs. These guys were very honest, thorough and went above and beyond! Thank you Gary! They will be working on the H2 for now on when I don't want to!
Was stuck up at advance Auto with a flat tire, a gentleman came up and offered to pump up my tires if we followed him to the shop. They pumped up my tires and even plugged up the one that had a nail in it. I tried to give them money as a thank you they refused it over and over. They're absolutely amazin, I appreciate you guys!!! They're pretty handsome too 😘
